A social group run for all paces. Whether you walk, jog, or run, this is your crew.
Netball Fun Court
Drop in any time across the morning for drills, games and a taste of netball. Open to everyone, all ages, all abilities.
Workout
A full body group workout session led by a qualified coach. All levels welcome, modifications available.
Walking Netball
A social, low-impact version of the game that's perfect for beginners or anyone coming back to sport. All ages, all abilities, all welcome.
Junior Hotshots
A fun, structured program for kids aged 3 to 15. Builds confidence and basic skills in a game-based environment. Register with your child's name and age.
Tennis Activities
Yoga
Wind down with a relaxed yoga flow. Perfect to finish your morning or drop in fresh.
Competition Gym Games
