We are thrilled to announce that in 2025, the City of Vincent has awarded Dynamites a $1,000 grant under the Female Participation in Sport Grants program. This funding will support the development of the Dynamites Coaching Development Program, aimed at enhancing the quality and confidence of netball coaching at our club. This initiative will benefit both coaches and players within the City of Vincent community.
This year, we have appointed Robyn Newman as Volunteer Coach Coordinator and Eloise Kellam as Volunteer Assistant Coach Coordinator to lead the program’s development and implementation throughout the 2025 season. A special thanks to our volunteer coach mentor, Deanne Heely too.
The program will offer access to coaching resources, mentoring sessions, and tailored skill development opportunities. It will also help coaches formalise their experience into Netball Australia accredited qualifications.
As the only community netball club with home grounds in the City of Vincent, our commitment to developing quality coaching plays a vital role in growing netball in the area. This initiative not only supports the development of skilled coaches but also empowers women and girls to excel both on and off the court.
A big thank you to the City of Vincent for their support in helping us develop future coaching leaders at Dynamites!
