Clubs are required to grade and nominate teams each season in accordance with PNA competition rules. Teams are submitted and graded afresh each year based on their current playing strength, and PNA then undertakes its own grading process. This is a fundamental part of how the PNA competition operates and is not something clubs can opt out of.
